Our system manages passwords from a central point. This point then pushes the password out to Google for staff/student email and Chromebook access. This systems does not manage Alma passwords. King's Way IT has no access to your Alma password.
Our password manager requires that staff and students enroll their account in the system and set up security questions, similar to an online bank or other system, before you can change your password. Every summer we unenroll all staff and students which means you will need to re-setup your security questions every year.

Steps to enroll in the password manager - before you can change your password.
If you have not done these steps you must complete them before your can update or reset your password.
- Go this website: account.kwcs.org.
- Do not click on "Forgot Password" Make sure the Login box is open and showing username and password fields.
- Enter in your username: firstnamelastname (all one word) not your entire email address.
- Enter your default password (if reset by IT) or your current password and click Login.
- You will be prompted to create/answer two security questions. Make sure you remember these! Once you finish answering these questions you'll be able to reset your password.
- Click Change Password in the upper left corner.
- Type your default/old password and then your new password twice.
- Click Change Password.
- When you are finished, click the Profile picture icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click Sign out.
Changing your password - I forgot/lost my password
If you have enrolled in the password manager (first section above) and you can't remember you password, this is when you can click on the "Forgot Password" option at account.kwcs.org.
Changing your password - I know my password
If you know your current password and want to change it,
- Visit account.kwcs.org
- Do not click on "Forgot Password" Instead, Login with your firstnamelastname username and your current known password.
- Once logged in, click on the "Change Password" button in the upper left corner (see above screen shot).
- Follow the steps.
